Mantra: Mastering your thoughts

People regularly identify with their incessant stream of thoughts. Noise and disruption from the mind disconnects you from your power base and regularly drags you down into dissonance and low energy.

The mantra in the image below is a tool for dealing with the flippant thoughts that we have moment to moment. One moment we are happy, the next moment we are sad. One moment everything is good, the next moment everything is bad.

If you allow yourself to be dominated by these thoughts, you are operating out of the external rather than the internal.
